No Refund Policy
The Company maintains a strict No Refund / No Returns policy on completed work. Once an application, website milestone, or digital deliverable has been finalized, completed, and handed over or approved according to the project specifications, all fees and charges are rendered final.
Important Exception
In the specific event that the Company is unable to build or fulfil the requested application or website as agreed due to conditions beyond its control, the Client will not be charged. If an upfront payment was made in such a specific case, it will be refunded in full without interest.
Scope of Rules
This policy applies to all development services rendered by Silasyn. By starting a project or paying an upfront deposit, you agree to these terms.
